  1. Remove membrane from ribs. Rub with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder. Wrap in foil; bake 2–2.5 hrs at 300°F (150°C).
  2. Unwrap; brush with BBQ sauce mixed with brown sugar. Broil or grill 5–10 min until glazed. Slice and serve.

Instructions
